Kelvin has had a range of leadership experiences over many years, and:

Held 8 CEO positions - in the local government, water and the disability sectors (mostly in larger organisations with up to 3,100 staff)

Been a director/member of more than 35 boards /committees - in government, industry and local communities in 12 industry sectors in Victoria, Queensland and the Northern Territory (and chaired a number of them)

Executive team leadership coach, leadership speaker, and workshop facilitator - consulted with CEO’s in public sector organisations, and business owners in the private sector in more than 25 industry sectors.
